San Pedro (Chile)

From Argentina the road took us to San Pedro in Chile, a small place with about 2500 people living there and placed in the middle of nowhere! its a cute little town but remember to bring loads of money since the ATM hardly never works. First day med and Joe got up at 4 am to see the geyser's and to our suprise it was freezing!!! hardly having any warm clothes layers was the key! loads of t-shirts and standing over the hot springs to keep warm. but besides from the cold the view was amazing! hot water bubbling from the ground water shooting up and damp everywhere! After looking around for a bit we went for a swim in one of the biggest hot springs! so good! temperatures from 30 to 50 degrees and finally getting body heat back to normal! Later that day we did sandbording, loads of fun but nothing compared to normal snowboarding! After a trip i some salt caves the day ended by looking at the sunset form the beautiful moon valley!
