Death Road!!! built by prisoners after the war and actually took more lives building and using then the war itself. The worst accident in Bolivian history happened here when the driver of a truck packed with 100 people on they're way back from a big party got a heart attack and drove of the cliff killing everyone. The highest drop if you should drive off is 800m to the bottom and there is no rails keeping you from falling off. Actually the day we did the death road a truck went off a cliff killing 2 people... But besides from all the tragic things happening on death road its fairly safe to ride i bicycle and the view is amazing! racing down the road jumping on small rock gives you and amazing rush and at the end of the day you cant stop smiling!
