Ihla Grande toga party!

Alex (the blond crazy British girl) thought it wold be great to do a toga party. and since we where celebrating Liverpool's win over Arsenal anyway, we joined the party!

Diving course on Ihla Grande

Our first day at Ihla Grande we found out that we wanted to do a diving course. I started the next day and the first 15 minutes where really scary, i got this panic feeling under water, its so strange breathing under water. but i got over it and the first day was mostly different exercises under water. The next day Joe came along to do the advanced course and we did a wreck dive! it was amazing! swimming into the wreck looking at the fishes! The last day where diving around some rock and small caves and i was about 30cm away from a small stingray! really cool! Our diving instructor was this really cool guy, singing dancing and telling jokes, we taught i looked like Obelix :)

Some British guy in the bar started talking about getting short hair again.. and as the nice guy i am i offered to do it right then and there free off charge! he was extremely happy!

Da er vi i gang!! og for en start det ble!

JepsiPepsi! Da var guttakrutt ankommet Rio de Janeiro! Flyet landet pent og pyntelig over et vakkert glodende Rio litt over kl 5 i dag morges. Delte taxi til byen sammen med 2 andre nordmenn og fant frem til hostellet. Siden innsjekk ikke var for kl 14 la vi oss en times tid paa sofaen for vi slang paa oss badeshortsen og satte kursen mot Copacabana beach! rutinerte som vi er gadd vi ikke smore oss for etter ca en time og da begynte vi og se ut som turister flest, rode og litt stive i gangen. men hva gjor vel det. dagen videre ble heller ikke helt uten problemer, jeg kjopte meg et solbrillepar sprang ut i vannet og med den forste litt for store bolga, ja saa var de borte!(varte ca 4 min) ikke lenge etter ligger vi strak ut paa magen og aner fred og ingen fare da ei stor bolger kommer skyllende opp paa stranda og gir oss en overraskende men deilig avkjoling. Vi tar hinten (delvis) og flytter ca 2m lengre opp, men ikke for har vi lagt oss ned kommer ei enda storre bolge og skyller over alt av torre klaer og joar sitt digitale camera! vi tar en raasjangs paa og legge de i ferskvann og satser paa at det virker i morgen! en time etter tusler vi tilbake, vaate og fornoyde uten solbriller og med et litt redusert kamera!
